As cookies are fragile items, we take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

All cookies are sealed in vacuum bags and then placed into our main packaging. Each order is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap or honeycomb paper and packed in a shipping box to ensure maximum protection during transit.

We cannot control conditions during shipping, including handling, storage, weather, stacking, or transit impacts. Minor breakage, crumbs, or slight dents may occur, which is normal for delicate baked goods.

We shall not be held liable for any damage caused by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, mishandling, or compression during transit by the courier.

Once an order is placed, you acknowledge and accept all delivery-related risks. All orders are confirmed and final.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We shall not be held liable for any delivery issues, delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
