• As all our cookies are made-to-order and perishable in nature, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds or exchange once an order is confirmed.
  
• Returns and exchange are not accepted due to food safety and hygiene.
• If you receive an incorrect, damaged or missing item not caused by a third party, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photo proof. We will review and follow up accordingly.
